Terms and Conditions of Use

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any coaching program, certification training, course, workshop, digital resource, or community offered by The Essence of H.E.R. LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any program or service offered by The Essence of H.E.R., including the H.E.R. Essence Renowned Coaching Certification Program (collectively referred to as the “Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or participate in the Program.

1. Program Overview

The H.E.R. Essence Renowned Coaching Certification is a personal and professional development program designed to equip participants with coaching tools, leadership principles, and faith-centered personal development strategies.

Participants may receive access to:

• Educational training modules
• Coaching frameworks and methodologies
• Workbooks, worksheets, and digital materials
• Live coaching sessions or group trainings
• Private community access (if applicable)
• Certification upon completion of program requirements

Certification is granted at the sole discretion of The Essence of H.E.R. LLC upon successful completion of all required coursework and program standards.

2. Participant Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Program.

By enrolling, you confirm that:

• You are legally able to enter into this agreement
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You understand the purpose and scope of coaching services

3. Payment Terms

All program fees must be paid in full unless a payment plan is offered at the time of purchase.

By providing payment information, you authorize The Essence of H.E.R. LLCto charge the selected payment method for all applicable program fees.

Failure to complete required payments may result in:

• Suspension of program access
• Removal from coaching sessions
• Ineligibility for certification

4. Refund Policy – All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of coaching services, digital products, and intellectual property, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

• Coaching programs
• Certification programs
• Digital products
• Online courses
• Workshops or trainings
• Memberships

Once access to the Program or its materials has been granted, refunds will not be provided.

Participants are responsible for their own participation and completion of the Program.

5. Faith-Based Coaching Disclaimer

The programs and services offered by The Essence of H.E.R. LLC incorporate faith-based principles that may include Christian teachings, biblical references, prayer, and spiritual reflection.

Participation in the Program may involve discussions related to:

• Christian faith
• Biblical principles
• Spiritual identity and purpose
• Prayer and reflection

These elements are intended to support personal development and spiritual encouragement.

Participants are encouraged to engage with the material in a manner that aligns with their personal beliefs and convictions.

The Company does not claim to provide pastoral counseling or theological instruction beyond the scope of faith-centered personal development.

Participation in the and spiritual elements of the Program is voluntary.

6. Coaching Scope of Practice

The services provided through The Essence of H.E.R. LLC are professional coaching services designed to support individuals in areas such as:

• Personal development
• Confidence building
• Leadership growth
• Mindset transformation
• Purpose discovery
• Goal setting and accountability
• Faith-centered personal growth

Coaching is a collaborative process intended to support personal awareness and forward movement.

However, coaching services provided through this Program do not include:

• psychotherapy
• psychological counseling
• mental health treatment
• medical diagnosis or treatment
• legal advice
• financial advice

The Company and its representatives are not licensed therapists, psychologists, physicians, attorneys, or financial advisors.

Participants experiencing mental health concerns, trauma, or medical conditions should seek assistance from a licensed professional.

7. Coaching vs. Therapy Disclaimer

Coaching is not therapy.

Participation in this Program does not establish any of the following relationships:

• therapist-client
• psychologist-client
• doctor-patient
• counselor-client

Coaching is focused on personal growth and forward movement, not diagnosis or treatment of psychological conditions.

If you are currently under the care of a licensed mental health professional, you are encouraged to consult with them before participating in coaching services.

8. Personal Responsibility

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

The Company does not guarantee:

• specific personal results
• business outcomes
• financial earnings
• personal transformation

Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and implementation.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All Program materials are the exclusive intellectual property of The Essence of H.E.R. LLC.

This includes but is not limited to:

• coaching frameworks
• certification curriculum
• videos and trainings
• worksheets and workbooks
• graphics and designs
• written content
• program methodologies
• branding and logos

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, copy, or share Program materials without written permission from the Company.

Unauthorized use of Program materials may result in legal action.

10. Certification Usage

Participants who successfully complete the H.E.R. Essence Renowned Coaching Certificationmay receive certification credentials.

Certification grants limited permission to reference the credential in personal marketing materials.

However, certification does not grant ownership of Program materials or methodologies.

Certified individuals may not:

• reproduce course materials
• resell program content
• create derivative courses using Company intellectual property

The Company reserves the right to revoke certification if misuse occurs.

11. Community Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct within all Program environments, including private groups and live sessions.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• harassment or bullying
• discrimination or hate speech
• sharing confidential information outside the Program
• disruptive or inappropriate conduct

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the Program without refund.

12. Confidentiality

Participants are encouraged to respect the confidentiality of other participants.

However, the Company cannot guarantee that all participants will maintain confidentiality.

Participation in group discussions or online communities is voluntary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Essence of H.E.R. LLC, its owner, employees, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.

Participants assume full responsibility for any decisions or actions taken as a result of the Program.

14. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate Program access if a participant:

• violates these Terms and Conditions
• misuses Program materials
• engages in harmful or disruptive behavior

Termination due to violation of these Terms will not result in a refund.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from participation in the Program shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Minnesota courts.

16. Agreement

By purchasing or participating in the H.E.R. Essence Renowned Coaching Certification, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
• You agree to abide by all policies outlined above
• Your electronic acceptance constitutes a legally binding agreement
